Cheerful staff in the Bistro made dining enjoyable.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, which severely disrupted my sleep. I also found the room was not serviced well, with dirty washcloths left unattended, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness. The absence of body wash in the shower was particularly frustrating, forcing me to use shampoo instead.

Where it excels and where it fails

Rooms were comfortable with plenty of space to work. The effective bathroom fan helped maintain a good environment , and I appreciated the use of non-feather pillows.

Limited breakfast options were disappointing , as everything was microwaved and included only Starbucks. I craved more variety or fresher meals.

Amicable and particularly pleasant staff always on hand. Reasonably large room and a fridge, a seating area and a writing table inside.

The stay here was really really nice, loved the hotel, it was spotless with easy location not far from a wonderful shopping hub right across the street, stores and restaurants, and several well known.

The room had excellent temperature control, the bathroom fan was super effective, and the spacious setup was great for work. All non-feather pillows were a nice touch.

We loved that our large family, including our pets, felt welcome here! The cleanliness of the hot tub and fitness center was a highlight, and check-in was easy. The staff was genuinely friendly.

Queen room with two queen beds was clean and spacious, perfect for working, with air conditioning, a desk, and non-feather pillows. Bathroom had a shower with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Reception staff was amazing, promptly helping us check in. The lobby was inviting and had cute outdoor furniture. A heated pool was available nearby.

The courtyards location is great, right by business offices and close to several restaurants. My queen room with two queen beds had enough space for working, and the bathroom fan worked well to keep things dry. Enjoyed the fitness center too, it was a nice perk.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was comfy enough, with good room temp and a well-functioning bathroom fan. The pillows were non-feather, which I loved. Plenty of room for working as well. Everything for breakfast at the Bistro was microwaved, and they only had Starbucks. Needing better variety was a letdown.
